The SISC Flex Plan allows active employees to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible medical and dependent care expenses. Employees contribute part of their salary or paycheck on a pre-tax basis to fund the Premium Only Plan, Dependent Care Expense Account or Health Care Expense Account. The objective is to reduce your taxable earnings.
