Non-Compliance and Review

It is recognized that the guidelines contained herein are not mandatory. It is also recognized that the dynamics and organization of each district may vary to the extent that some of the guidelines are not applicable. Therefore, compliance and review will be based on the specifics relevant to each district.

Issues of non-compliance will be addressed when an item is of such significance so as to increase the risk/loss potential to the entire pool. The non-compliance item will be discussed with district administration and if a resolution cannot be achieved the item will be discussed at the SISC II Board of Directors meeting.

Upon approval of the SISC II Board of Directors, impact for non-compliance will result in the district being subject to board-established penalties up to and including termination of SISC II membership.
