Building Notification Database
This section is for the exclusive use of SISC II member districts. This section allows an authorized user to access specific information regarding a district's property listing and appraisal values. The program is also designed to allow on-line reporting and/or updating of district buildings and facilities.

You may continue to use the Building Notification Form (editable pdf) if you do not wish to use the Building Notification Database. You may edit the pdf file, save the form, and then email it to Tim Beard (see email address below). If you prefer, you may print the form, fill it out, and mail or fax it to Risk Management Services.
NEW CONSTRUCTION INFORMATION
Please note that new site construction should not be reported using this system. New site construction information should be emailed or faxed to Tim Beard tibeard@kern.org, Fax: (661) 636-4418 ("Building Notification-New Construction" - editable pdf). Please provide the following information:
- District Name
- Site Name.
- Site Address.
- Estimated Completion Date
- Number of Buildings
- Estimated Total Square Footage
- Name of Architect
- Name of General Contractor
- Name of Construction Manager
- Is Course of Construction Insurance Needed
